How to read your AI feedback
Every analysis comes back with three sections. Read them in order — don't jump straight to the fixes.
1. What looked good
Things you're already doing well. Keep doing them. Confidence matters as much as correction.
2. What to work on
1–3 concrete fixes — never a wall of text. If the analyzer dumps generic advice, your clip probably needs better framing.
3. Try next
A suggested next rep or drill so you don't have to wonder what to do tomorrow.
Rules of the road
- The analyzer is a second pair of eyes, not a judge. Your coach is the final word.
- If a tip feels off, re-film with better framing — bad angle = bad feedback.
- Save the analysis to My Work so you can compare progress over time.
- One clip per skill. Don't try to fix three things at once.
