How long does a typical drill take?

Most drills run 5–20 minutes. Each card shows an estimated time at the top so you can fit training into a quick backyard session or a full pitch workout.

What counts as a 'rep'?

One completed pass through the drill — a passing sequence, a finish, a 1v1 rep, whatever the card defines. Reps are logged automatically when you finish the drill timer, so your progress and AI Coach feedback stay accurate.

Do I need a full pitch, or can I do these at home?

Both. Each drill lists equipment and space. Wall-work, first-touch, juggling, and footwork drills work great in a backyard or garage. Shooting, 1v1, and small-sided drills need a wider space or mini goals.
