A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Score by dribbling or passing into either of the two target goals on the opponent's end line.
Setup
Create a rectangular pitch. Place two small goals on each end line, positioned near the corners rather than the center.
Drill Instructions
1. Divide players into two even teams and start a normal scrimmage. 2. Each team defends two goals and attacks the two goals on the opposite end. 3. Encourage players to move the ball quickly from one side of the pitch to the other to find the undefended goal.
Coach Tip
Keep your head up! If you see three defenders in front of one goal, the other one is likely wide open.
Avoid
Players bunching up around one goal and forgetting the second scoring option exists.
