A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Keep the ball from touching the ground while strictly following the touch count command.
Setup
Create a 5x5 yard square. Two or more players stand inside the square facing each other.
Drill Instructions
1. Start juggling the ball between partners keeping it in the air. 2. When Player A passes to Player B, they must shout a number: 'One!', 'Two!', or 'Three!'. 3. Player B must use exactly that number of touches to control and return the ball to Player A.
Coach Tip
Focus on the 'prep touch'—make your first touch go slightly upward and toward your intended passing foot.
Avoid
Avoid standing flat-footed; stay on your toes to adjust to the ball's flight.
