A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Score by passing into a goal while keeping the ball away from the presser.
Setup
Create a 15x15 yard grid. Place two starting cones 3 yards apart on one sideline. Position two mini goals on the same side as the starting cones, one in each corner.
Drill Instructions
1. The coach rolls or bounces a ball into the grid. 2. Player A (Defender) starts at the closer cone and sprints to recover the ball. 3. Player B (Presser) starts at the farther cone and chases to apply pressure. 4. Player A must control the ball, turn and pass into either mini goal to 'find an outlet.'
Coach Tip
Get your body between the ball and the defender on your first touch to shield it effectively.
Avoid
Avoid turning blindly into the defender; keep your head up to see the pressure and the targets.
