Goal
Navigate the entire forest without hitting a cone while keeping your head up as much as possible.
Setup
Scatter 15+ cones in a 5x5 yard square area, leaving about 1 yard of space between each cone.
Drill Instructions
1. Dribble into the cone forest using small, quick touches. 2. Navigate through the gaps without touching any cones. 3. Use all parts of your feet (inside, outside, sole). 4. Exit the area, perform a sharp turn, and re-enter immediately.
Coach Tip
Keep your knees bent and stay on your toes to make lightning-fast direction changes.
Avoid
Taking long touches that force you to chase the ball rather than lead it.
