A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Complete the course with maximum touches and zero contact with the cones using only the weak foot.
Setup
Place 6-8 cones in a zig-zag pattern, each 5 yards apart at a 45-degree angle from the last.
Drill Instructions
1. Start at the first cone with the ball at your weak foot. 2. Dribble toward the next cone using only your weak foot. 3. Use small, controlled touches to navigate tight turns around the outside of each cone. 4. Accelerate slightly between cones, then slow down for the turn.
Coach Tip
Keep your knees bent and chest over the ball to maintain balance during tight turns. Look up to find the next cone and dribble without looking down at your feet.
Avoid
Taking large, heavy touches that force you to chase the ball rather than lead it.
