A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Score as many goals as possible by keeping the ball low and hitting the corners.
Setup
Place a cone at the top of the penalty box. Player A stands at the cone. Player B stands next to the goal post with a pile of balls.
Drill Instructions
1. Player B passes the ball firmly to Player A. 2. Player A uses their first touch to move the ball out of their feet and slightly forward. 3. Player A uses their second touch to shoot on goal before the ball stops moving. 4. Players switch roles after 5 repetitions.
Coach Tip
Push your first touch at a 45-degree angle to create space and a better shooting lane.
Avoid
Avoid taking the first touch right under your body, which makes the shot difficult to execute.
