A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Keep the ball moving continuously with high intensity and crisp, directional first touches.
Setup
Set 4 cones in a 'Y' shape. One cone at the base, one in the center (pivot), and two at the top 'arms'. Distribute players evenly at the base and the two arms.
Drill Instructions
1. Player at the base passes to the central pivot player. 2. Pivot player takes a touch and passes to one of the top arms. 3. The receiver at the arm dribbles the ball back to the base. 4. Every player follows their pass to the next station (Base to Pivot, Pivot to Arm, Arm to Base).
Coach Tip
Focus on the 'Prep Touch'—push the ball out of your feet toward your target so you can step into the pass.
Avoid
Standing flat-footed or catching the ball directly under your center of gravity.
