A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Score two high-quality goals per rep by hitting the corners of the net with proper technique.
Setup
Place 3 cones in a line 5 yards apart at the top of the box. Place a 4th cone 5 yards behind the middle cone to form a 'T'. Player A (Striker) starts at the 'T' base; Player B (Passer) starts 10 yards further back with balls.
Drill Instructions
1. Player A checks to the base of the T to receive from B. 2. A plays a 1-touch drop pass back to B and peels around a side cone. 3. B passes back to A, who takes a cushioned touch inside for a far-post finish. 4. Immediately, B plays a second ball to A, who dribbles around the T-base, performs a skill at the opposite side cone, and shoots again.
Coach Tip
Check your shoulder as you peel off the cone to 'see' the goal before you even receive the pass.
Avoid
Standing flat-footed or taking a heavy first touch that takes you too wide of the goal.
