A short spoken walk-through of this drill.

Goal
Execute quick, one-touch passing sequences and time the run of the third man to meet the through ball in stride.
Setup
Place 4 cones in a 'Y' shape. One at the base (A), one in the center (Pivot), and two at the top arms (B and C). Players queue at the base.
Drill Instructions
1. Base passes to the Arm A. 2. Arm A drops it back to Pivot. 3. Pivot plays a 1-2 with Arm A. 4. Meanwhile, Arm C makes a curved run back toward the base. 5. Arm B plays a through ball into the path of Arm C. 6. Rotate stations
Coach Tip
Keep your hips open to the field and communicate with your eyes before the pass.
Avoid
Standing still after passing; every player must move immediately after the ball leaves their feet.
Adjust on the fly
Make it easier
Allow two touches per player and shorten the distance between cones.
Make it harder
Require all passes in the combination sequence to be one-touch.
